- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, TWISTED ELEGANCE CLOTHING ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does TWISTED ELEGANCE CLOTHING ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. All orders will be shipped via USPS Mail. Shipping charges are: $6.95 for orders under $50, $7.95 for orders $50 - $100, $8.95 for orders $100 - $150, $9.95 for orders over $150. Please allow 7 - 10 days for shipping on clothing items and belt buckles.

- TWISTED ELEGANCE CLOTHING charges 8.25% sales tax for merchandise ordered and shipped within California.
- Return Policy

Exchanges and returns for jewelry, belts/buckles and accessories will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition. Exchange and return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. No exceptions. Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanged items will be shipped upon receipt of returned item and you will be charged applicable shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All sales on clothing products are final. No returns will be accepted however exchanges may be accepted with prior approval. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. No exceptions. Exchanged clothing products must be in its original condition. If not, the exchange will not be refused. As a reminder, all Twisted Elegance Clothing require delicate care so please hand wash cold, dry flat or dry clean all products. Do not bleach clothing products."
